Guest Artists The USF School of Music has an active and
exciting calendar of Guest Artists each year that are invited to give master
classes and recitals on campus. Recent guests who have come to USF to work
with our students and student chamber ensembles include violinist Ani
Kavafian, cellist Isabelle Sanderling, the piano-violin duo of Mark Rush and
Tannis Gibson from Arizona State University, cellist Yan Ipe Nota and pianist
Henry Kelder from the North Netherlands Conservatory, violinist Kevin Lawrence
from the North Carolina School of the Arts, cellists Stephen Geber of the
Cleveland Orchestra and Susannah Chapman of Orpheus, and violinist Sophia
Silivos of the Houston Symphony Orchestra. In addition, pianist Gilbert
Kalish will be coming to the USF School of Music this fall to work with both
pianists and chamber ensembles. |
